Print "The favor of a reply is requested by [date]" and set that date 3-4 weeks before the wedding, since your venue wants a guaranteed count 7-10 days out. Add "We have reserved 2 seats in your honor" above the accept and decline lines to stop plus-one and children questions before they reach your inbox.
