• Do you require in-house catering, or can we bring an outside caterer — and what is the outside-catering fee?
• Are we required to use your bar, and can we bring our own alcohol (BYOB)? What is the corkage fee?
• Is there a cake-cutting fee if we use an outside baker?
• Can we customize the menu for allergies, kids, or dietary needs, and at what cost?
• Who staffs the bar — your team or ours — and what are their pouring limits?

• How much parking is there, is it free or valet, and is there a shuttle option?
