Wedding shuttle buses cost $400-800 per trip. Standard shuttles (25-35 passengers) run $500-700, luxury coaches $700-1200, and vintage trolleys $600-1000 per trip.
If your ceremony and reception are at different venues, or if many guests are from out of town, providing transportation is strongly recommended (and sometimes required by the venue).
Plan at least 2 trips: one from hotel to ceremony, and one from ceremony to reception. Add a return trip to the hotel if no other transport is available.
